Beginning to develop new social and health or pedagogical systems, practices or environments very often require a lot of training of the different human resources, involved in the development and implementation of the new structures.

Therefore we offer a variety of training activities, that can be specifically designed to the needs and wishes of our partners.



The College also offers training for educational professionals and managers in developing and managing European cooperation projects.

Examples of such training activities are:

• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to establish or implement social and health care systems and educations
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to create educational environments for young people and adults with special learning needs
  
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to build counselling and guidance systems
  
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to produce educational modules, curricula and educational material
  
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to use e-learning and online material in their educations
  
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to design and produce IT and multimedia based course material and to work with media based learning, as well as innovative didactics for young people and adults
  
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to participate in, design and carry out local, national or transnational projects, including transnational fundraising
  
• training modules for social and health and pedagogical staff and decission makers about the development of competencies to create innovative pedagogical learning environments, especially for people with less educational background, unemployed people and migrants
  

The College can in general offer expertise in training of staff working with empowermental initiatives.
