The College
has been involved in a variety of practice based national and transnational
projects and cooperations for 12 years and key college resources have
been deeply involved in the development of the modern Danish social and
health educations, that started in the late 80th.
At the same time the College is one of the most active educational institutions
in Denmark in relation to transnational cooperation and in relation to
innovations of the professional and pedagogical learning environments.
The College is the first of its kind to have established a strong international
department and an in house web and multimedia team.
Since 2002 the College has given further priority to transnational cooperation: |

- we have been and
are the promotors and coordinators of several large European projects,
especially within the Lifelong Learning Program
- we are partners in a number
of EUeducational projects within the Lifelong Learning Program
- we have developed and
carried out several Social Fund and Equal projects
- we have designed and carried
out several consultancy and training acitivities in the Eastern European
countries
- we have designed and carried
out many mobility and exchange activities in and outside Europe
- we are working on a European
level to develop new interactive guidance and counselling models for
social and health learners and future learners
- we are the promotors of
or partners in a number of new EU educational projects within the Lifelong Learning Program
- we have a network of more than 100 organisations in Europe
- we have designed and are
designing innovative e-learning programmes for social, health and
pedagogical staff
- we are partners in several
national projects concerning new labout market and educational possibilities
for low educated and exclusion threatened adults and in media based learning projects for young learners
- we are promoting
the global Computer Clubhouse Network in Europe
- our multimedia team, sosuMedia,
has designed and produced all kinds of interactive and web based multimedia
and video material for our educations and for European projects, and is ongoingly experimenting with media and game based learning
- we are involved in the development of learning communities in and beyond Europe
